immediate effect (from
25.03.2010), the fee for
obtaining certificate of
renunciation of citizenship
under Section 8 of the
Citizenship Act 1955 or for
Registration of a declaration of
intention to resume Indian
citizenship under Section 5(1)
(a) of the act made by a citizen
of India who is also a citizen
or national of another country,
will be
CHF 318.00.
